Supply minus RAAC cash, minus RAAC's own LP in the Curve pools, minus the ION reserve. Other wallets' LP stays in the float. It is their pmUSD, just deposited.
Latest material moves
Moves that touch a RAAC wallet. A CoW trade shows the token received, then the token paid, indented as the same trade. Money landing in a RAAC wallet from outside is Transfer to RAAC, not a pure external exit.

Public on-chain swaps
pmUSD legs that touch Curve pools. Origin is the wallet that bought or sold. On a CoW batch that is the order owner, not the solver that submitted settle. Via is the router or settlement when that is not the owner. Dest only if a third wallet is on the token leg. LP add means the pool minted LP or vault shares. That is not a market sell. LP withdraw is a burn, not a buy.
